PRODUCT THEATER APPLICATION
This registration is utilized as an application to participate as a Product Theater Exhibitor. Once participants are finalized, invoices will be issued.
November 13-14, 2026 | Hyatt Regency Columbus
Product Theaters are 45-minute sessions that feature exhibitor presentations on the clinical benefit or scientific research relating to the development of an approved pharmaceutical product or featured disease state. These sessions provide a focused, high value marketing opportunity for exhibitors to reach motivated professionals in a pre-scheduled, in-person session. Sessions may include updates to clinical guidelines, considerations for specific disease states, or information on approved new therapies, formulations, or indications for use. Product Theaters are a forum to gather and discuss issues around clinician education, specific products, and therapeutic areas by company representatives or designees. OSHP recognizes that Product Theaters will be promotional and may concentrate on a specific product or drug. These sessions are not approved for continuing education credits. We will be offering three product theaters as a part of Friday’s seminar offerings.

• Product theaters focusing on non-branded material will be given preference in the selection process.
• Final product theater selections will be determined by OSHP for completed applications.
• Organizations may apply for multiple product theaters.
• Product theaters will run concurrently with other educational CPE sessions but are exclusive from other product theaters.
• Participation in the product theater does not impact participation in either the traditional expo or reverse expo. Registration for the traditional expo or reverse expo must be completed separately by your organization.
Product Theater Pricing
• There is no cost to apply for a product theater presentation.
• Selected product theaters will be invoiced $2,500 after notice of acceptance- due within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
